  • I forgot my Lumin account's password or I cannot log in to Lumin Account

    - If you are using Google/Dropbox account to log in with Lumin, please use the reset password procedure from Google or Dropbox
    - If you use email/password to log in with Lumin:
    1. Make sure you enter the right email and Caplocks is turned off
    2. Try to log in on other web browsers
    3. If you cannot remember your password, access the Reset password page, enter your registered email. Then we will send you a link to reset password

  • I suspect another individual is using my Lumin account without my permission

    - If you use email/password to log in with Lumin:
    1. If you are logging in Lumin, Log out immediately. If not, skip to step 2.
    2. Access the Reset password page, enter your registered email. Then we will send you a link to reset password

  • I found bugs/issues/backdoors that can be exploited to compromise the Lumin System or Access Lumin Database illegally

    1. Email us at [email protected]
    2. Describe the way you find the issue/backdoor. Attach any screenshots or videos if needed
