30-day Notice to Vacate Template

A 30-Day Notice to Vacate from a landlord informs the tenant that their rental agreement will end in 30 days. It includes the property address, move-out date and may include a reason for termination such as renovations, non-renewal or property sale. The notice also includes the tenant’s final responsibilities like rent payment, property condition, key return and forwarding address for the security deposit.
