The AgreementGen's AI agreement editor works by converting your static PDF contract or agreement into a dynamic, editable document.
You just upload your PDF and our AI analyzes it before transforming it into blocks of editable content while preserving the original structure and formatting. You then make any changes you need by giving instructions through a simple chat interface. The AI assistant will provide suggestions to help you improve the document.
When you’re happy with the document you can download it to be saved or printed, or you send it for eSignatures through our Lumin Sign integration.How is the AI agreement editor different from a regular PDF editor?
A traditional PDF editor lets you make changes like add or delete text, add images, or delete pages. But the structure, layout, and presentation of the document largely can’t be changed.

No, AgreementGen does not use user chat messages or uploaded documents for training purposes. User data is only processed to generate responses and assist with queries, ensuring privacy and security.
How is my data stored and protected?
Keeping user data safe and private is our priority.
Users’ chat messages are protected with SHA-256 encryption before being stored in our MongoDB database, which offers enterprise-grade security. User-uploaded documents are stored in our highly secure database in Amazon S3.
The AgreementGen AI uses the Gemini large language model (LLM) which is GDPR and SOC 2 compliant. No user data is stored in Gemini and user data is not used to train the model.
