Form I-800A is used to determine the eligibility and suitability of the Prospective Adoptive Parents (PAPs) to adopt a child from a Convention country. The form requires information about the PAPs, their marital status, employment, income, and criminal history. The PAPs must also provide information about the child they wish to adopt and the country from which they wish to adopt. The completed form must be submitted to USCIS.
