Form 2290 (2010) is used to figure and pay the tax due on highway motor vehicles that falls within the taxable gross weight range of 55,000 pounds or more. Individuals or businesses who own and operate highway motor vehicles with a taxable gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more can fill out this form and mail it to the address provided in the form instructions.
