Form 8910 - Dec 2011

Form 8910 is used by taxpayers to claim the alternative motor vehicle credit for qualified plug-in electric drive motor vehicles or qualified two-wheeled plug-in electric vehicles. The form requires information about the vehicle, the date it was purchased, and the amount of the credit claimed. Once completed, the form must be submitted to the Internal Revenue Service.
