Form IR8 - Mar 2018

Form IR8 is used by Māori authorities to file their income tax return. A Māori authority is an entity that satisfies the definition of a Māori authority in the Income Tax Act 2007. Māori authorities must file an income tax return for each income year, even if they have no taxable income. The return is due on the 28th day of the 5th month following the end of the income year.

The completed Form IR8 should be filed with the Internal Revenue Service Center where the corporation or trust files its income tax return.
