Form 7004

Form 7004 is used to request an automatic extension of time to file certain business income tax, information and other returns with the Internal Revenue Service. It allows eligible entities to extend the filing deadline for applicable tax returns by generally six months when the form is filed correctly by the original due date of the return being extended.
