Building Form 6A - Nov 2021

Building Form 6A is used by Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) to record their work. This form should be filled out by LBPs and submitted to the relevant building authority or department. The form requires information about the building project, including details of the work completed by the LBP. This form is provided by the Gore District Council in New Zealand.
