Users should ensure the agreement complies with all applicable legislation, including but not limited to:

• The Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) in relation to implied warranties, misleading conduct, and unfair contract terms;
• The Sale of Goods Act (in relevant states and territories), where applicable; and
