Form 1065

IRS Form 1065 (2024), U.S. Return of Partnership Income, is used by partnerships to report annual business income, deductions, credits, and other tax items for the 2024 tax year. It collects the partnership’s name, address, EIN, business activity, accounting method, total assets, and the number of Schedules K-1 issued to partners. It includes income and deduction lines, tax and payment calculations, Schedule B “Other Information” disclosures (including foreign ownership/activities and digital asset questions), and schedules for balance sheets and capital accounts when required. An authorized partner/LLC member must sign under penalties of perjury; paid preparer details may also be completed.

File with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) by e-filing or mailing to the IRS address listed in the Form 1065 instructions for the partnership’s location.
