Form MV347 (Dec 2022)

The Form MV347 (Dec 2022) is used by the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles to check if a Delaware resident who sold a vehicle within sixty days, prior to or after, purchasing a new vehicle is eligible for a refund. Form MV347 must be submitted within fifteen days after the sale date.

All Delaware residents who sell a vehicle within 60 days, prior to or after purchasing a new vehicle, who might be eligible for a refund.

The completed Form MV347 (Dec 2022) should be submitted to any Delaware DMV location or emailed to the address provided on the form.
